  • Pulling a Credit Bureau
  • Obtaining an Appraisal (if completed)
  • Provide a Summary of the deal and requirements

BMP understands that you need to get information and offers to your clients as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Having as much information as possible upfront helps you receive a faster reply on your deals. Important questions to answer when you submit a deal are:

  1. What kind of mortgage are you looking for (1st/2nd), and how much is needed?
  2. Where is the property located, and what is the value?
  3. What are the funds for? Is there a story?
  4. What are your future plans for your client?

In addition to the above info – important supporting documents required are:

  • Application
  • Credit Bureau for all applicants
  • Appraisal &/or Assessment notice
