Incorporated in 1982, Bayfield ™ has been offering alternative, private-based financing for over 40 years throughout British Columbia, Alberta and most recently, Manitoba. At Bayfield Mortgage Professionals, it’s our business to shop around for the best mortgage that suits your financial situation. Bayfield began as a small brokerage with 2 brokers and a commitment to providing clients with exemplary service and professionalism.
Through innovative and out-of-the-box thinking, Bayfield became a strong independently owned brokerage.
Within a few short years from its inception, Bayfield started one of the first MICs (Mortgage Investment Corp.) in the lower mainland, eventually adding several other MICs to their management portfolio.
In 1994, Bayfield broadened its client base and delved into the “A” side of the business. Hiring the first ‘A’ broker helped borrowers navigate the many banks and financial institutions to find the best mortgage for ‘Bank’ type clients.
Bayfield still operates with these same core values of service and professionalism.
Still independent, Bayfield joined the VERICO network in 2011. The affiliation enabled Bayfield access to a superior technology platform. Agents can connect with
